NR TECHCREATZ Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Mr. Nadipilli Rajesh, Mr. Shaik Yacoob, and later strengthened by the leadership of Mr. Nadipilli Ramesh. All three come with a strong background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), combined with diverse corporate, technical, and managerial expertise.

With a shared passion for innovation and technology, the founders envisioned a platform to bridge the gap between academics and industry. Nadipilli Rajesh – Managing Director

Mr. Nadipilli Rajesh is the Managing Director of NR TECHCREATZ Pvt. Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) and brings with him a strong foundation in technology combined with valuable corporate experience.

Rajesh began his career at BYJU’S as a Business Development Associate, where he honed his professional and people-management skills. Later, he worked as a Marketing Manager at Nibav Elevators, gaining deep insights into business growth and customer engagement strategies.

With a passion for technology and innovation, Rajesh co-founded NR Tech Learning Hub, a platform that provides hands-on learning and project advisory for students ranging from school (5th Class) to PhD scholars. His dedication towards practical learning, research, and real-world problem solving has helped thousands of students and young engineers bridge the gap between academics and industry.

Today, as the Managing Director of NR TECHCREATZ Pvt. Ltd., he leads the company’s vision of delivering cutting-edge R&D in Home Automation and Engineering Projects, ensuring smooth operations and guiding the organization towards innovation-driven growth.

Shaik Yacoob Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Shaik Yacoob is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NR TECHCREATZ Pvt. Ltd. He pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) along with Rajesh and shared the same vision of creating a platform to nurture engineering talent.

Together, they founded NR Tech Learning Hub, which has now evolved into NR TECHCREATZ Pvt. Ltd., a company dedicated to innovation, hands-on training, and advanced engineering solutions.

Yacoob plays a crucial role in strategic planning, leadership, and business development. His strength lies in mentoring students, guiding research projects, and driving organizational growth through a blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.

With immense practical knowledge in technology and the ability to adapt to the latest industry trends, Yacoob ensures that NR TECHCREATZ continues to be a trusted partner for engineering students, research scholars, and industry collaborators.

Mr. Nadipilli Ramesh is a Director at NR TECHCREATZ Pvt. Ltd., contributing his strong expertise in Marketing, Finance, and Business Strategy. He holds both a Diploma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), giving him a solid foundation in technology along with business acumen.

In addition to his engineering background, he has successfully completed Management Courses, which have strengthened his capabilities in financial planning, marketing strategies, and organizational growth.

Ramesh brings a unique combination of technical knowledge and managerial expertise, making him an important pillar in the company’s journey. His strength lies in market analysis, client relations, and financial management, which help NR TECHCREATZ Pvt.
